Designed for Starlink, Intellian and other satellite communication systems, monitoring and observation systems, our composite brackets provide a lightweight, robust and visually refined mounting solution for a wide range of applications.

Unlike conventional metal brackets, our carbon fibre antenna mounts combine low weight with exceptional stiffness, making them particularly suitable for elevated installations where minimising weight aloft is important.

Thermal management and drainage

The bracket incorporates an integrated cooling and drainage system to ensure reliable operation of the antenna and electronics:

  • Two air scoops feed cooling air into the bracket
  • Two hidden ventilation holes provide generous airflow while preventing rain ingress
  • An internal drain channel ensures any water ingress can drain freely from the bracket
Mounting flexibility

The bracket is designed for secure installation across a range of mounting scenarios:

  • Four mounting points for fastening to flat surfaces using 4 × M8 machine screws
  • Mounting to curved surfaces achieved via shaped adaptor mounts
  • Brackets to suit other Starlink panels are available on request

 
Finishing options

A range of finishing options is available to suit both functional and aesthetic requirements:

  • Gloss or Matte Black
  • Gloss White
  • Other colours available on request
  • Clear coat with exposed carbon twill weave available on request

Brackets can be supplied painted or unpainted, ready for final finishing.
