World Superyacht Awards’ Sailing Yacht of the Year 2023, Alea, is an absolute masterpiece. Since her launch in 2022, Alea has taken the sailing world by storm. The yacht’s design emphasises performance and functionality. The powerful, slender hull features a distinctive reverse bow to increase waterline length and speed, ensuring she sails with comfortably low angles of heel, embodying performance and comfort.

The sleek design is matched by a stunning environment on board. The Teak deck complements the luxurious atmosphere within, creating a seamless blend of style and comfort.

Alea’s engineering brilliance extends to its single high-performance carbon mast from Southern Spars, towering at 55.32 meters. The 6822m mainsail makes her a true spectacle. The aluminium-hulled yacht incorporates a lifting keel, reducing draught from 6.95m to 3.5m and allowing access to shallower harbours.

To enhance Alea’s performance and reliability, Future Fibres provided a comprehensive ECsix composite rigging package, for comfort and speed during challenging global voyages.
