All of Future Fibres products are custom designed and fully supported by a range of services delivered by a team of experienced and qualified rigging specialists. The Future Fibres team has grown with the company and every individual has developed valuable experience that enables them to quickly, efficiently and smoothly deliver what is a complex solution.
There are four elements to the service:
- Project Management. Future Fibres will assign a member of the team that has expertise relevant to the specific project. The project manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating and controlling the project from inception to completion – on time, within cost and to required quality standards.
- Design and Engineering. The design and engineering service is lead by experts who can quickly transform the specification into a complete composite rigging solution. With many years experience, the team draws upon sailing and technical expertise to determine how best to engineer Future Fibre products for maximum performance and reliability.
- Service and Maintenance. Maintenance is the foundation of a well managed yacht and Future Fibres is able to provide a customised service programme to support its yacht rigging solutions – reducing lost sailing time and cost.
- Customer Support. Future Fibres provides a complete after-sales support service that includes troubleshooting, replacement parts and customer assistance in response to customer requirements. The team is able to respond quickly and has been known to provide additional fittings overnight during a race period.
