Our technical partner, Persico Spa, has 40 years of experience of manufacturing specialist tooling for the highly demanding automotive, aerospace and marine industries.

Mast tube and spreaders are produced in female Persico high precision aluminium moulds in an autoclave with 3-6 bars of pressure at 100-120°C and utilizing hand laid up high and ultra high modulus pre-preg fibre. High precision tooling significantly reduces the amount of finishing required, reducing and optimising tube weight.
